Joseph S. Zuritsky, CEO
Founded in 1936, Parkway quickly became a pioneer in the parking industry.
Starting with a single parking lot in Philadelphia, PA in 1936, Herman Zuritsky founded Parkway Corporation, one of the first parking operations to join the National Parking Association. Herman Zuritsky's family continues to be at the helm of the company. Herman's son, Joseph S. Zuritsky, is Chief Executive Officer, and Joseph's son Robert A. Zuritsky is President and Chief Operating Officer. Other family members hold key management positions.
Today, Parkway Corporation owns, operates and leases over 100 facilities in the U.S. and Canada. Parkway draws on decades of facility development expertise, applies innovative facility management practices, employs cutting edge physical and operational parking technology, and hires and trains top-quality personnel.
