Below is a brief description of Parkway's benefits. Eligibility varies, and is based on geographical location, whether employment is full time or part time, and whether the position is within the Home Office or the field organization.
Paid Time Off
Parkway believes that periods of rest and relaxation are beneficial for both Parkway and its employees. For this reason, Parkway has established time off policies to provide both paid time and unpaid time away from work.

Medical and Dental Insurance
Parkway Corporation values the health of its employees and their family members. All of our locations offer at least one medical plan and our east coast locations offer a choice of three different medical plans including an HMO, POS and PPO plan.
Dental coverage is available for you and your family on an in-network or out-of-network basis.
Prescription Drug Discount Plan
Our prescription drug plans have two or three tiers. In addition, you can order a 90-day supply of maintenance medication for a single co-pay via the mail.
Retirement Plan
Parkway's Retirement plan was established many years ago to help employees prepare financially for their retirement. Your participation in the plan is automatic after six months, no enrollment is necessary. You can save up to 100% of your pay (subject to certain limitations) by contributing pretax 401(k) or after-tax Roth contributions. Unless you elect otherwise, you will be automatically enrolled to save 2% of your pay in 401(k) contributions.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
All full time employees receive company paid term Life Insurance and AD&D coverage. You name your beneficiaries.
Short Term Disability / Long Term Disability
Parkway provides both a short-term and long-term disability income benefit. If you could not work because of a short-term disability, 60% of your salary would continue after the 1st day of your accidental injury or the 8th day of your illness for up to 90 days. Long-term benefits at 60% is provided if your disability is for an extended period of time and is payable for as long as your disability continues (maximums apply).
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care expenses are available through payroll deduction under Section 125 of the IRS Code. Elected amounts are for a 12-month period and decrease your federal income and Social Security taxes.
Transportation / Parking Accounts
Eligible expenses for transportation, parking and other commuter expenses can be deducted pre-tax under Section 132 of the IRS Code. Elected amounts can be changed monthly.
