How long does it take to hear back once I submit my application?

Once you submit your resume online it will then be channeled to the appropriate recruiter. After reviewing your application, the recruiter will get back to you in a timely fashion; usually within 2-5 days.

Why do you prefer to hire those with a four-year degree to manage parking facilities?

We are much more than just parking! What is a typical day as a manager trainee?

You will interact with customers, employees, management, and executives and you may speak to each in the same day. You'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with so many new, exciting, rewarding and often-unexpected challenges. Is it true that I will be parking cars even though I am a enrolled in the Manager Trainee program?

Yes. We believe in the hands-on approach to learning. In order to be successful you must become comfortable and knowledgeable with the positions you manage in order to make confident and accurate business decisions.

Do you hire for other positions besides Manager Trainee?

Yes. We hire attendant/cashiers for our Philadelphia office and select locations outside of Philadelphia. We also hire customer service associates for the Philadelphia International Airport. To learn more, visit our current openings.

How fast would I move through the manager trainee program?

That would depend on two things, length of time needed to successfully complete the training schedule and the availability of a location to place you as a Facility Manager.

How long do you keep applications that are submitted?
