Darren Comedy joined Parkway in 2023 after serving as the Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities at The John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, and, prior to that, as a Senior Real Estate Manager with Amtrak in Philadelphia. Mr. Comedy is a retired military veteran of 26 years serving in both the United States Navy and Air Force. He holds professional memberships and certifications in the American Institutes of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), American Society of Interior Designers(ASID), and the Construction Management Association  (CMA). Mr. Comedy is an energetic, goal-oriented, and strategically thinking management executive leader with over 30 years of experience in architectural design, real estate development, and construction. He brings expert-level master planning, space planning, design, strategic planning, construction management, and administration skills to the company.
